These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the LivGreen Home Furnishing website and the purchase of products offered through it.
By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting an order, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
LivGreen Home Furnishing is a furniture retailer based in Miami, Florida. Our website allows customers to browse available merchandise and complete purchases through Shopify’s secure checkout.
Our current delivery service area is limited to Miami-Dade County, Florida.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, contacting us, or completing a purchase.
Products, prices, descriptions, dimensions, colors, photographs, and availability may change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary because of lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or natural variations in materials.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, materials, included components, and available options before purchasing.
Placing an item in the shopping cart does not reserve the item. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and confirmed.
Interior and lifestyle photography may be used for presentation or style inspiration. The applicable product listing identifies the merchandise included in the purchase.
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other authorized charges are displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, incorrect prices, or availability errors. If an error affects a submitted order, we may contact the customer to offer the corrected information or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of:
If a paid order is canceled by LivGreen Home Furnishing, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Orders are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and authorized third-party payment providers.
Customers authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total amount displayed and accepted during checkout.
Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, security procedures, or verification requirements.
Financing options may be provided by independent third-party financing companies when available during checkout.
LivGreen Home Furnishing does not make credit decisions and does not guarantee approval, interest rates, payment amounts, down-payment requirements, or repayment terms.
Eligibility, approval, and financing terms are determined solely by the applicable financing provider. Customers who select financing are also subject to the provider’s agreements and policies.
Customers should contact us promptly if they need to cancel an order.
An order may generally be canceled without a fee before it has been prepared, scheduled for delivery, or dispatched.
Once an order has been prepared or scheduled for delivery, a 15% cancellation or restocking fee may apply. Orders that have already been delivered are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
We currently provide local delivery exclusively within Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery is normally expected within 3–7 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery consists of basic drop-off at a ground-level exterior entrance, doorstep, or another safe and accessible designated location.
Basic delivery does not include carrying furniture inside, stairs, elevator delivery, room placement, assembly, installation, packaging removal, or removal of existing furniture.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure safe and adequate access. Full conditions are available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Customers should inspect merchandise at delivery whenever possible.
Visible damage, missing merchandise, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs.
Eligible merchandise may be returned within seven days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions in our Return & Refund Policy.
A 15% restocking fee may apply. Original delivery charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return transportation or pickup costs unless the merchandise is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Opened or used mattresses are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity performed through their accounts.
Please contact us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
Customer-account functionality may be managed through Shopify and may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

We may restrict access or cancel affected transactions when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, or the website.
The LivGreen Home Furnishing name, website design, written content, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to LivGreen Home Furnishing and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party names, trademarks, product names, and service marks belong to their respective owners.
Website content may be used only for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes unless written permission is provided.
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, delivery services, and financing providers.
Independent third parties control their own platforms, terms, security, and privacy practices. LivGreen Home Furnishing is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate, secure, and available. However, the website may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, or contain errors.
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LivGreen Home Furnishing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the website or independent third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such a limitation is prohibited by law or eliminates rights available to consumers under applicable law.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute not resolved directly between the parties will be handled by a court with proper jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
We may update these Terms of Service when our products, services, operations, or legal obligations change.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from the date they are published unless applicable law requires otherwise.
