We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please review the following conditions before requesting a return, cancellation or refund.
Return window
Return requests must be submitted within seven calendar days after delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Free from stains, odors, damage, modifications or signs of use
- Complete with all parts, accessories and hardware
- In its original packaging when reasonably applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
All returns require prior authorization from LivGreen Home Furnishing. Items sent or delivered without authorization might not be accepted.
Restocking fee
Approved preference-based returns, including returns caused by a change of mind, size preference or style preference, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The restocking fee does not apply when LivGreen confirms that the product arrived damaged, defective or different from the item ordered.
Return transportation
Original delivery and shipping charges are nonrefundable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping, transportation or pickup expenses for preference-based returns. Any applicable transportation expense will be communicated before the return is scheduled.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Customers must inspect merchandise promptly after delivery.
Visible damage, defects, missing components or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours after delivery by contacting:

LivGreen will review the claim and, when appropriate, arrange repair, replacement, exchange or refund without charging a restocking fee.
Mattresses
For health and hygiene reasons, mattresses are final sale after their protective packaging has been opened or removed.
An unopened mattress may qualify for return within the seven-day return period, subject to inspection, return transportation costs and the 15% restocking fee.
Confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect mattresses are handled under the damaged-item provisions above.
Cancellations
An order may be canceled without charge if it has not yet been prepared, shipped or scheduled for delivery.
Once an order has been prepared or scheduled for delivery, cancellation is subject to a 15% cancellation and restocking fee.
After delivery, the regular seven-day return policy applies.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear. Processing times can vary depending on the bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Delivery charges, return transportation costs and applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
Financed orders
For purchases made through an independent financing provider, approved refunds will be submitted through that provider.
Customers remain responsible for following the financing agreement until the provider confirms that the refund or account adjustment has been completed. LivGreen Home Furnishing cannot modify interest rates, payment schedules or credit decisions.
Final-sale items
The following items are not eligible for preference-based returns:
- Mattresses with opened or removed protective packaging
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise clearly identified before purchase
- Customized, modified or special-order products
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse, improper assembly, modification or improper care
- Items missing components or showing signs of use
