We currently provide local furniture delivery exclusively within Miami-Dade County, Florida. We do not currently offer nationwide shipping or delivery outside Miami-Dade County.

How is delivery arranged?

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, and local delivery is normally expected within 3–7 business days after order confirmation. Our team will contact the customer using the telephone number or email address provided during checkout to coordinate delivery. Unless another service is expressly stated in writing, delivery consists of basic drop-off at a ground-level exterior entrance, doorstep, or another safe and accessible designated area. Applicable delivery charges are displayed during Shopify checkout.

What is your return policy?

Eligible merchandise may be returned within seven days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Customers are responsible for return transportation or pickup costs, and original delivery charges are nonrefundable. No restocking fee applies when an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. Opened or used mattresses are final sale.

Our showroom and customer pickup location is coming soon in Miami, Florida. Customer visits and pickups are not currently available. The mailing address published on our Contact page is not a showroom, merchandise pickup location, or return location.
